After a week on the road, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with a lovely view over the town and mountains. The buffets spread for breakfast and dinner were a nice touch, but the constant plates slightly over attentive were a minor downside.

The service was over-and-above, with attentive staff always ready to assist. However, the issue with no rooms having a view of the hill due to the hotel's location was a bit disappointing.

Being adjoining the Grand Hotel, the location was fantastic for a short walk into the shops and great food and beverage options. The pleasant weather made it unnecessary to use the AC throughout the night.

I found the dining experience absolutely wonderful, especially with chefs cooking hoppers and omelettes. However, the standard fell below what I have experienced elsewhere in Sri Lanka.
